Perhaps the single most valuable feature of 7 Search is that you have control over where your ad runs. I had a small issue where my ad was being clicked once and the customer staying on my site less than 5 seconds repeatedly with a few particular sites where my ad was running. I reported the problem to Veronica with a list of the sites I didn't want my ad to run on and she took care of it immediately. Sometimes with PPC your ad may end up getting shown on a site where it really doesn't belong. I doubt you'd get this personal attention with one of the bigger PPC providers like Google or Microsoft. 7 Search's main business is PPC so you'll get individualized attention and all their employees are experts at PPC.
